Terms of Use

Effective date: 19 Jan 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website VariableQRPrinting.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Posttech Internet Solution (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. What this site provides

The Site provides information about variable QR code printing services and includes forms to request quotes, samples, or contact. Unless explicitly stated in writing, the Site does not constitute a binding offer to sell and does not guarantee availability, pricing, delivery timelines, or suitability for a specific purpose.

2. Quotes, orders, and contract formation

  • Requests submitted via the Site are non-binding inquiries.
  • A binding agreement (if any) is formed only when we confirm acceptance in writing (email, purchase order confirmation, or signed agreement) and any required advance payment is received.
  • Specifications (quantity, material, finishing, QR data format, delivery address, and deadlines) must be confirmed in writing before production.

3. Customer-supplied QR data and content

If you provide QR data (URLs, tokens, text payloads, GS1 content, or any identifiers), you represent that:

  • You have the legal right to use and share that data for printing.
  • The data does not infringe third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy, or contractual restrictions).
  • The data is free from malware and is provided in good faith for production use.

You are responsible for the content behind QR destinations (e.g., landing pages, apps, redirects) and for compliance with applicable laws and industry requirements.

4. Proofing, approvals, and print variance

  • We typically provide a proof (digital and/or sample) for approval before mass production. Your written approval is required to proceed.
  • Once approved, minor variations may occur due to printing processes (color tolerance, substrate variance, cutting tolerance).
  • You are responsible for reviewing proofs carefully. Changes after approval may affect cost and timelines.

5. Security and data handling

We use reasonable measures to handle customer-supplied printing data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Do not submit sensitive personal data unless required and agreed in writing. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

  • The Site content (text, layout, branding, and design) is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without permission.
  • Your artwork, QR datasets, and campaign content remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to use them solely to produce your requested print job and related proofs.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to disrupt the Site, servers, or security controls.
  • Submit harmful files or attempt unauthorized access to data.
  • Impersonate others or provide false identity information.

8. Disclaimers

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the Site’s operation or that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your specific needs.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising from your use of the Site.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for claims related to the Site is limited to the amount you paid to us (if any) for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

10. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts located in Uttar Pradesh, India shall have jurisdiction, unless a different jurisdiction is agreed in a written contract for a specific order.
